If you're not satisfied with an individual online course purchase, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date by contacting us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5ā10 business days.
Exclusions from the 60-Day Guarantee
The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to individual online course purchases. It does not apply to:
- Private business training and workshops (in-person or virtual)
- Consulting services
- Group, team, or business bulk purchases of online courses
- Live cohort programs or scheduled classes
- Custom-developed training programs
Private Training, Consulting, and Group Purchases: No Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our training and consulting services and the time invested in preparation and delivery, all sales of private training, consulting, group online course licenses, and custom programs are final and non-refundable.
Deposits
Private training engagements typically require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due before or at the time of service. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your reserved training date(s). If you need to reschedule, please contact us at leastĀ 7 days before your scheduled date and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellations
If you cancel a scheduled private training engagement less thanĀ 7 days before the scheduled date, the full balance becomes due and no portion of payments made is refundable. Cancellations made more thanĀ 7 days before the scheduled date forfeit the deposit but no further amounts are owed.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on this site, including text, graphics, videos, course content, and tools, are the property of Your Peak AI and are protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
