Terms: Every plan is month to month, no long-term contract. Start at any tier and move up or down anytime. Cancelling means you won’t be billed for the next month, and the month you’re in is non-refundable. The one-time setup covers your extra first-month strategy call and your three Blueprint documents, a full day of work on your business worth more than your first month on its own. You’ll know exactly what your first month looks like before you commit.

If there's one specific thing you want sorted out, start with the AI Strategy Session. It's a two-hour working session built around your three biggest bottlenecks, plus a written 30/60/90 day roadmap you can follow for the next three months.

It's $500, and additional help after that is $200 an hour. A lot of people start here, and it usually surfaces exactly the kind of work the partnership is built for.

Here’s the part that’s easy to miss. Everything we build stays in your business and keeps working. The CRM we set up in month two feeds the sales process in month four. The brand voice we lock in early shapes every piece of content after it. Nothing resets, it stacks. The first month or two feels steady, then it starts to compound. By month six you’re running six months of systems that work together, and the work gets faster because the foundation’s already there.

And a lot of what we build is a one-time job with a lifetime payoff. Set your CRM up right once and it runs every lead and customer for as long as you’re in business. This is the one most people end up using every day. It helps you triage your day, think through the smaller decisions, and get what’s in your head organized, so it stops keeping you up at night.

Build your Business Blueprint.

We send you the documents and help build your business profile, brand voice, and marketing guide. It’s real work, and one of the most valuable things we build. It becomes the foundation for everything that follows and helps your content, systems, and AI tools sound like your business instead of sounding like AI.

Build your first project.

With your Blueprint finished, we get on a call, work through your first project in detail, and we build it together. By the end of your first month, something that’s been on your list for years is finally done.

After that, you settle into the monthly rhythm, and each month brings a working session, a project we build together, and someone to call when you get stuck.
