Thirty minutes, on the phone or in person. You tell us what keeps landing on your plate. We ask how it works now.
We quote it.
One price for the whole thing, agreed before anything starts, along with exactly what it will do when it's finished.
We build it.
We do the designing, the building, and the testing, using your real work and not made up examples. You answer questions along the way. That's your part.
We hand it over.
We walk you through it, you get written instructions, and you've got thirty days on us if anything isn't doing what we agreed it would do.
What we need from you
Not much, but not nothing, and we'd rather tell you that up front.
You'll get on a call so we understand how the work happens now, and you'll send us some real examples of it. On bigger builds there's a questionnaire that takes some time to fill out. Then you look at what we built and tell us whether it's right. You're answering questions and approving work, and that's the whole job.
One more thing worth saying plainly. AI gets things wrong sometimes. Somebody on your side should look at what it puts out before it goes anywhere, same as you'd check behind a new hire. We build that into how it runs.

What it costs
Projects start at $500 and go up from there, depending on what you want built.
Every project is scoped around the result you want, so we give you one price before any work begins. Half when we start, half when it's working.
If the whole thing is more than you want to spend right now, we'll tell you which piece to build first and what that one costs on its own. A lot of people start that way.
